Zusammenfassung

Neben Mykotoxikosen (z. B. durch Aflatoxine) und Hypersensitivitätsreaktionen (z. B. allergische bronchopulmonale Aspergillose) sind Infektionen die häufigsten durch Pilze verursachten Erkrankungen. Pilzinfektionen werden durch eine große Anzahl von Hefen, Fadenpilze und Dermatophyten ausgelöst und können entsprechend ihrer mikrobiologischen Zuordnung unterteilt werden. Klinisch lassen sie sich in 4 Gruppen unterteilen: opportunistische Pilzinfektionen, endemische Pilzinfektionen, subkutane Pilzinfektionen und Pilzinfektionen von Haut und Hautanhangsgebilden.
