6. Klinik mikroskopischer Kolitiden und eosinophiler Erkrankungen des Gastrointestinaltraktes

Zusammenfassung

Die mikroskopische Kolitis mit dem klinischen Leitsymptom der chronisch-wäßrigen Diarrhö zählt zu den chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen und umfasst die beiden Entitäten der kollagenen und lymphozytären Kolitis. Da die Endoskopie bei Patienten mit mikroskopischer Kolitis in der Regel unauffällig ist, gelingt die Abgrenzung zum Reizdarmsyndrom und somit die Diagnosesicherung nur anhand der Histopathologie der entnommenen Stufenbiopsien. Die eosinophilen Erkrankungen des Gastrointestinaltraktes können angesichts unspezifischer bildgebender Befunde nur über eine Biopsieentnahme in den entsprechenden Abschnitten des Gastrointestinaltraktes diagnostiziert werden.
